The coaching program is a 3-month process designed for transformative growth and actionable results. It includes:
12 Online Sessions: Weekly 90-minute sessions conducted via Zoom, ensuring deep focus and progress.
Whatsapp Support: Access to a dedicated Whatsapp container for questions and guidance throughout the week (afternoons only).
This structure ensures consistent support and accountability, providing the tools you need to achieve your goals effectively.
